The Heart of the Matter: person-centred care and the patient experience

The Heart of the Matter: person-centred care and the patient experience
20/07/2018 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

The Heart of the Matter – person-centred care and the patient experience will bring together stakeholders interested dignity, spirituality, compassion and the privilege of patient and family centred care at the end of life.

The program is now finalised. We have engaged leading keynote speakers Dr Fiona Kerr, Mary Freer, Laila Hallam and Karen Glaetzer AM to explore healthcare’s imbalanced focus on physical disease and bio-medicine and the need to pay much more attention to emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing and the importance of healing relationships.

This is a conference not to be missed. Put it in your diary now! 20 July 2018 at the Adelaide Showgrounds.

This one day conference is the perfect forum for nurses, allied health professionals, pastoral care workers, patient wellness coordinators, doctors, students, administrators and executives. It is an opportunity to learn, network and socialise, become familiar with new products and services.

There will be plenary sessions, concurrent sessions and workshops.
